Horrible service! I have never experienced such poor customer service, and it seems to be an issue specifically at this location. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. There was no greeting when I walked in, no acknowledgment, and the overall attitude made me feel unwelcome. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I left very disappointed with my experience and hope management addresses these issues to improve the way customers are treated. Today, Donna just stared at me blankly when I was trying to interact with her and showed very little professionalism. She also almost dropped my drink while handing it to me. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and the interaction felt awkward and unwelcoming. Customer service should be much better than this. Very disappointed with my experience today.

My wife and I are very frequent customers, but this time we had an awful experience with an employee named Sam (according to her name tag). She had an extremely rude attitude from the moment we arrived. When I asked for a straw for my drink, she got angry and literally threw it into my car. She left our drinks sitting there instead of giving them to us, and when she finally handed them over, they were completely melted and undrinkable. Then she started arguing with me for no reason. It’s obvious she doesn’t like her job and has no interest in providing decent customer service. This is NOT the friendly experience we’ve always had at this location before. We still had to pay for drinks we never actually received in usable condition. Management needs to talk to Sam immediately. Because of her, we will never return to this store. Extremely disappointed.

I recently had an awful experience at the Starbucks and particular the atmosphere. The place is messy not well organized and everything is everywhere. It shouldn’t be for example. dirty rags just on the table where they put our drinks and then Afterwards, I come to find cockroaches just roaming around the store like if it’s nothing like if it’s something casual. im just here wondering Is there Manager not doing anything about that?. never coming here ever again.

I really do enjoy coming here. My wife comes often and she never returns a coffee , today it was whiter than usual. She didn’t want to take it in, I encouraged her because they are nice there. She went. The barista Angel redid it immediately he remembers her, and she came back so happy. Thank you.

Whenever I come to this Starbucks they give me my drink with more than half of the ice so I decided to order it without ice this time but they put ice on it 🙃 just less than they are used to. When they gave me my order I said thank you to the drive thru girl and she didn't even answer me. With this I confirm that I will not return to this branch
